are candidates outside from pakistan allowed to participate or it's only for pakistan

    Hey Rishabh, this challenge is open to residents of Pakistan only but you are welcome to participate anyway however we won't be able to invite you in for the live pitching.

    I subscribed because the invitation says this:

    1. This hackathon is open for all developers no matter what stage you are in life or where you live.

    I'm from mexico,Can I give my project to someone else or how do I join a team?
